• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Austin, TX (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development or modification steps for computer systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience reviewing computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of requested program or program change within existing system
• Minimum 2 years of experience solving problems, scheduling, testing, installing, implementing programs, and troubleshooting computer systems

• Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer system
• Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports
• Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program
• Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system
