Help Desk Associate

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Associate to join their team. As a Help Desk Associate, you will be part of the Client Support Services supporting the IT Help Desk team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Service Desk Analyst
Rate: $16/hour

Onsite, Austin, Texas 78753

• Provide technical support to users for moderately complex computer-related technical problems.
• Communicate technical issues over the phone to a variety of customers.
• Answer service desk telephones and assist customers in resolving technical problems by providing guidance regarding software and hardware issues.
• Resolve or refer highly complex technical problems as appropriate.
• Follow up with customers to ensure inquiries are resolved within the contracted or agreed-upon time frame.

• 1-2 years of experience in Client Services, Customer Service, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles.
• Knowledge of Windows support and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with Office 365 and ITSM tools (preferably Remedy).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High responsibility, commitment, and dependability.
