Infrastructure​/Exchange Engineer

Luna Data Solutions has an immediate contract-for-hire opening for a Site Reliability/Infrastructure/Exchange Engineer with a public sector client located in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role, with on-site work three days per week. On-call or scheduled after-hours work may be required.

Note:

All candidates must be able to work on a W2 basis.

Site Reliability/Infrastructure/Exchange Engineer

• Provides infrastructure support including Microsoft Active Directory, Windows, and Linux server administration, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365.
• Automates processes and integrations across multiple technologies, primarily using Windows Power Shell.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves complex system issues.
• Assists in developing and conducting evaluations of new and existing solutions to identify potential benefits and impact to the agency.
• Monitors and ensure system availability and efficiency.
• Assists with developing and documenting policies, procedures, and standards for supporting core platform technologies.
• Collaborates with other agency staff to identify and implement service and security improvements.
• Other duties assigned, which may include on-call or scheduled after hours work as required.

• Exchange Online and/or Exchange On-Prem experience.
• M365, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows, and/or automation experience.
