** Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

** digital supply chain organization**. In this role, you’ll combine
** data engineering, advanced analytics, and modern BI tools
** to deliver high-impact insights that drive real business outcomes.

** Location & Work Model
*** Hybrid role (minimum
** 3 days onsite per week**)
* Must be located in (or willing to relocate to) Temple or Austin, TX
** What You’ll Do
*** Design, build, and maintain
** scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and data models
*** Transform complex datasets into clear insights using tools like:  + Looker (LookML)  + Power BI  + Tableau  + Cognos
* Develop and optimize
** data pipelines and workflows
** using:  + Alteryx  + Microsoft Fabric
* Leverage
** Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
** to support data architecture and performance
* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to:  + Define KPIs and success metrics  + Build reporting strategies
* Ensure
** data quality, accuracy, and governance best practices
*** Drive innovation through
** automation, BI optimization, and enhanced user experience
*** Work in a
** highly hands-on, technical environment
** delivering production-grade solutions
** What You Bring
**** Experience & Background
*** 5+ years in
** Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics
*** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
** Technical Expertise
*** Strong experience with BI tools:  + Looker (LookML)  + Power BI  + Tableau  + Cognos
* Hands-on experience with:  + Alteryx  + Microsoft Fabric  + GCP environments
* Advanced skills in:  + SQL (data modeling, optimization)  + Python (preferred)
** Core Strengths
*** Deep expertise in
** BI development and modern data stacks
*** Experience translating business requirements into
** scalable technical solutions
*** Familiarity with
** AI-driven BI or advanced analytics
** is a plus
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
