Job Summary: Acrisure is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst – Epic Security & Configuration, to join our team. This role supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications within our organization. Close collaboration with the application management team is required to gather requirements, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for application enhancements. The individual assists in troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring that applications meet the business needs.

Assignments are moderately complex and follow established procedures, requiring a strong understanding of company policies, standard practices, and the backend functionality of Applied Epic. This role will be a cross functional position within Operations Configuration as well as Security within Applied Systems, Epic.

• Research and resolve Epic Configuration issues within SLA guidelines.
• Analyze and complete Epic Configuration and Security requests promptly, evaluating the logical coherence of each request to ensure accuracy and functionality. Adhere to approval guidelines before implementing configuration updates.
• Maintain Excel Configuration Workbooks to accurately document configured settings in Epic, facilitating transparency and accountability in configuration management.
• Contribute to the Configuration Manual by documenting nuances, tips, and best practices learned during the configuration process, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with team members to address unique and challenging configuration requests, conducting thorough research before seeking assistance to demonstrate proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Assist team members to maintain the Epic Security Configuration for 9,000+ users within our Epic instance.

• Familiarity with Applied Epic configuration setups.
• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a dedication to precision and excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and SLA requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, adept at both independent work and collaboration within a team setting.
• This position will occasionally work on Saturdays to provide Configuration support during Go Lives.

• Associates Degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, or equivalent application management experience
• 2 or more years experience with Applied Epic (non healthcare) Configuration and Security

• Experience using helpdesk ticket system, preferably Service Now
• Familiarity with  boards and MS Teams a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
