• Perform highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and functional assistance related to supporting the CAPPS Program.
• Provide first-line Level 2 support for the most complex, high-profile agencies with statutory service requirements.
• Conduct intake assessments and review service requests to determine appropriate triage level.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues related to system configuration, data inconsistencies, workflows, and module-specific problems.
• Reproduce user errors, analyze logs, and investigate database-level or integration-level issues.
• Execute configuration and system adjustments as required.

• Experience with Integration Broker, SAP Business Objects, ERP Environments, and People Soft.
• Strong knowledge of People Soft HCM version 9.2 and related modules.
• Ability to learn and integrate new systems and platforms such as CGI Advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Complete a minimum of ten (10) hours of professional training annually on a relevant area of expertise.
• Training to be performed on personal time unless coordinated with the CPA Supervising Manager for work schedule alignment.
• Candidate responsible for all associated costs; no compensation or reimbursement from CPA.
• Provide an annual professional training report to the CPA Contract Manager by July 31st of each contract term.
