The selected Business Analyst (Level
2) will:

• Provide technical assistance to IT Project Managers and business stakeholders.
• Perform complex systems analysis and documentation for software design, implementation, and testing phases.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Produce business process maps, use case models, and system architecture diagrams.
• Review, analyze, evaluate, and execute test cases to ensure complete traceability to business requirements.
• Support and maintain project lifecycle documentation in compliance with TWC standards.
• Perform additional related duties as required.

8+ - Planning, leading, gathering, and analyzing business and functional requirements with business and technical teams

8+ - Developing business process maps and conducting fit-gap analyses

8+ - Solving complex problems and troubleshooting software systems

8+ - Gathering requirements across multiple program areas with varying business needs

8+ - Capturing and documenting design requirements

8+ - Preparing BRDs and SRS documentation

8+ - Facilitating workshops and meetings in a remote environment

8+ - Preparing and executing test plans and documenting testing results

8+ - Implementing and testing interfaces with complex legacy systems

8+ - Developing project management lifecycle artifacts

8+ - Experience using SDLC management tools such as Client ALM or Atlassian Jira
