Service Now Developer
Location:
Austin, TX Duration: 12 Months
- Graduation from high school or equivalent.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; experience in the following (or closely related) fields may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis: system design, development, analysis or administration using Service Now or comparable service request ticketing system, computer science, information technology or computer programming - Experience with Service Now ITSM, ITOM and ITAM modules, including CMDB and Software Asset Management
- Experience with Service Now in a Developer/Programmer or Administrator capacity
- Knowledge of all phases of full system development life cycle for Service Now and subsequent maintenance activities
- Knowledge of configuration and customization of modules to process Service Requests, Work Orders, Incidents, and Service Level Management.
