Job Title
Salesforce Documentation & Analysis:
- Investigate existing Salesforce configurations and processes.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts and visualizations to map how the environment works.
- Interpret undocumented systems and processes.
System Understanding & Optimization:
- Analyze flows, process builders, and email alerts to understand and refine system operations.
- Assist with testing and validation, including writing and running test cases (UAT).
Data Querying & Scripting:
- Use SOQL to query Salesforce data for analysis and insights.
- Understand scripting concepts (Python/JavaScript) to interpret workflows but not required to develop.
Collaboration & Presentation:
- Work closely with the team to gather and document requirements.
- Present findings, charts, and high-level system overviews to stakeholders using tools like PowerPoint.
