Service Now PM
Service Now PM in Learning & Support team
Austin or Sunnyvale (Day 1 onsite)

Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering and Business User Meetings to understand the requirements/existing functionalities of the service request management
- Requirement Analysis
- Identify the process gaps and provide alternatives to the project team.
- Prepare the templates for the Functional specification review, Technical specifications, etc
- Build mock-up UIs and wire framing to demonstrate the features/enhancements on Apple’s Service Now platform.
- Solution Designing and specification review
- Prepare and present weekly status reports and sprint retrospective review reports
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with Apple’s Business Users and End Users
- Interact with Apple’s Business Users/End Users for the Technical specification review and sign-off.
- Provide the technical assistance from a design and development standpoint
- Handle delivery of interfaces on time for the testing team
- Record and track all defects identified during the testing phase and cycle back with the core development team for any fix / fine-tuning.
