QA Engineer Automated 3

Client is seeking an experienced QA Engineer Automated 3 to support the PCS Contract Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of applications designed to enhance contract management, monitoring, and compliance systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and automated testing, strong expertise in modern automation tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright or similar technologies
• Perform manual testing when required to validate application functionality
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Track and report test execution results and defects using Jira
• Establish and maintain automated test schedules and reporting processes
• Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
• Conduct performance testing and analyze system behavior under load
• Support testing activities across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve test case failures and defects
• Collaborate with development and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Participate in on-call support as required

• 10+ years of experience in manual test script execution
• 8+ years of experience in automated QA testing
• 8+ years of experience in QA test script creation
• 8+ years of experience in performance testing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• 5+ years experience in automated test case reporting
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML
• Automation tools such as Playwright, WebdriverIO
• Performance testing tools such as JMeter
• 3+ years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Tools such as Jira, XRay, Zephyr
• Experience in accessibility testing
