Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in .NET skills (C# – WPF/Silverlight) or Java
• At least 4 years’ experience with ESRI ArcGIS Suite
• ArcGIS for Mobile (Arc Pad)
• FME (FME Scripts) and Oracle Spatial
• At least 2 years of experience in JavaScript, Python, Ajax, Dojo, jQuery
• At least 2 years of experience in GE Small world, Map Info and Bentley Suite of GIS products
• At least 4 years of experience in the software development life cycle
• At least 4 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
• At least 2 years of experience in design and architecture review
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in GIS domain
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment

Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty will be considered in lieu of each year of education.
