Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure & Data Center Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating system installation, data center operations, networking, virtualization, and server hardware provisioning
. This role requires strong Linux administration and scripting skills
, along with experience in troubleshooting and maintaining GPU/CPU infrastructure
. The candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure Windows Server, Linux, and Unix operating systems
    .
  • Manage data center operations and infrastructure
    , ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Deploy and maintain virtualization technologies across platforms.
  • Handle networking tasks
    , including rack setup, cabling, and deployment of Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment
    .
  • Provision and configure Client and AMD servers
    , ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance for server components.
  • Resolve hardware issues professionally via trouble ticketing systems (e.g., Git Lab).
  • Maintain cabling infrastructure
    , including port mapping and cable type identification
    .
  • Administer Linux systems
    , including scripting for automation and optimization.
  • Support web server and database installations (preferred but not required).
  • Conduct basic lab administration and hands‑on lab activities.
  • Manage asset tracking and ticket handling within Git Lab.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with executives, customers, and partners
    , navigating potential roadblocks.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Security
    , or a related field (strongly preferred).
  • Linux administration and scripting expertise.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and Unix OS installation
    .
  • Hands‑on experience in data center operations and server hardware provisioning (Client & AMD).
  • Strong knowledge of networking
    , including Layer 2 networking, cabling, and port mapping
    .
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and hardware troubleshooting
    .
  • Understanding of GPU/CPU infrastructure and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Git Lab).
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
    .
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills
    .
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with RAID levels
    .
  • Knowledge of web server and database installation
    .
  • Prior exposure to multi‑stakeholder management and executive communication
    .
