About

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics. In this highly visible role, you'll be a key partner to marketing stakeholders, data engineering, and other cross‑functional teams.

You're a hands‑on expert who will own critical measurement frameworks, build and maintain insightful dashboards, and develop sophisticated attribution models. You won't just report the numbers; you'll be expected to uncover deep insights, make strategic recommendations, and drive the business forward through data‑driven storytelling.

About The Team

Our Marketing Analytics team is the strategic data hub within the Marketing organization. Our mission is to empower marketers with a strong data foundation, accessible insights, and strategic guidance. We strive to optimise every marketing dollar for maximum efficiency and impact, ensuring that data is at the heart of every decision we make.

What will you be doing?

You will serve as a strategic marketing analytics partner, leveraging deep data analysis, advanced measurement models and experimentation to provide actionable insights. Your core mission is to empower the marketing team with data‑driven strategies, optimise campaign performance, and champion a culture of data‑centric decision‑making across the organisation to drive business growth and maximise ROI.

  • Lead Deep‑Dive Analysis: Perform sophisticated analyses using advanced SQL, data modelling and statistical techniques to uncover actionable insights that drive marketing strategy and execution.
  • Own the Measurement Framework: Design, build and maintain robust marketing measurement models, including but not limited to Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA) and customer lifetime value (LTV) to assess marketing efficiency and ROI.
  • Drive Experimentation: Own the end‑to‑end process for A/B and incrementality testing, from hypothesis generation and experimental design to analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Serve as a key analytics partner to Marketing stakeholders. Translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives and actionable strategies to grow the business.
  • Enhance Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to develop and automate robust reporting, dashboards and underlying data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Champion a Data‑Driven Culture: Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert. Elevate the team’s collective knowledge by sharing your experience, and evangelise an analytics mindset across the entire marketing organisation to help shape a more data‑centric culture.
What are we looking for?
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role, with at least 3+ years focused specifically on marketing analytics.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction in a cloud data warehouse (Big Query is a plus), combined with strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modelling (e.g., Pandas, scikit‑learn, stats models).
