The engagement consists of a thorough assessment and resolution of issues found in the current SharePoint infrastructure and environment, which includes the departmental Share Sites, myTEAM Sites – “team.hccs.edu”, myHCC Intranet Site “myhcc.hccs.edu. It also includes the development and documenting of a new Maintenance and Support Plan and design specification for the new myHCC Intranet site. The SharePoint Engineer will be required to provide:

• Assessment of current SharePoint environments improvement.
• Provision of a documented comprehensive audit report using the best practices.
• Remediation all trouble spots and issues discovered in SharePoint environments.
• Development of documentation for a new SharePoint maintenance and support plan.
  • Includes backups, server updates and security patching schedule.
  • Coordination of IT Security vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor and maintain health of SharePoint environments to minimize outages.
• Review custom intranet solution and develop new SharePoint online solution design specifications.
• Documentation of SharePoint processes and procedures.
• Mentor current staff with SharePoint best practices.
