One Stream –Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Resolve complex issues passed from Level 1/2
- Resolve issues in Exchange mail flow, SharePoint/One Drive permissions, and Teams collaboration.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Purview compliance features, DLPpolicies, and Conditional Access controls.
- Use Power Shell to automate user provisioning, licensing, andtenant administration.
- Participate in Microsoft 365 migrations, onboarding, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Create SOPs and documentation while mentoring Tier 1/2technicians.
- Recommend solutions in Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Microsoft Purview (DLP, eDiscovery)
- Interface directly with Microsoft Premier/Unified Support for complex technical issues.
- Manage Security aspects of any Microsoft 365 installation alongwith the Cybersecurity team.
Salary Range: $38,000 - $125,000 a year
