Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support Technician to play a key role within a high-impact technical services team. The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology.
What You Will DoPerforms installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers.

Requirements- 5 years of experience providing end-user support
- 5 years of experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a enterprise environment
- 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams
- 4 years of experience providing 'white-glove' executive level support
- 4 years of experience supporting video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex
