ServiceNow Solutions Architect; SecOps​/GRC

Position: ServiceNow Solutions Architect (SecOps / GRC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a Service Now Solutions Architect (Sec Ops/GRC) to design and deliver security operations, risk management, and compliance workflows on the Now platform. This role helps organizations strengthen security posture through automation, integration, and scalable architecture.

Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end solution design for Service Now Security & Risk initiatives

* Architect security workflows (incident response, vulnerability management, risk & compliance)

* Design automation-first processes for threat detection, response, and remediation

* Define data models and integrations with security tools (SIEM, IAM, EDR, etc.)

* Enable workflow automation using Flow Designer and orchestration tools

* Integrate AI capabilities for threat analysis, prioritization, and response

* Partner with stakeholders on requirements, roadmap, and solution alignment

* Establish standard frameworks and best practices for Sec Ops/GRC delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

Certifications:

* Service Now CSA

* CIS-Sec Ops or CIS-GRC (preferred)

* 7+ years of Service Now experience with architecture focus

* Experience with Security Operations (Sec Ops), GRC, or risk management workflows

* Strong knowledge of workflow automation, integrations, and data modeling

* Proven experience leading enterprise Service Now implementations

Preferred:

* Experience integrating with security tools (SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability scanners, IAM)

* Familiarity with risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks

* Exposure to AI-enabled security automation and threat intelligence

* Streamlined, automated security and risk workflows

* Improved threat response time and risk visibility

* Strong alignment between security operations and enterprise platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
