Position: ServiceNow Solutions Architect - Source-to-Pay
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a Service Now Solutions Architect - Source-to-Pay to design and deliver procurement, sourcing, and purchasing workflows on the Now platform. This role helps modernize procurement operations through automation, integration, and scalable process design.

Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end solution design for Service Now Source-to-Pay initiatives

* Architect procurement workflows (sourcing, requisition, approval, ordering, fulfillment)

* Design automation-first processes to streamline purchasing and vendor interactions

* Define data models and integrations with ERP, finance, and supplier systems

* Enable workflow automation using Flow Designer and orchestration tools

* Partner with stakeholders on requirements, roadmap, and solution alignment

* Establish standardized frameworks and best practices for S2P delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

* Service Now CSA

* Relevant CIS or platform certifications (preferred)

* 7+ years of Service Now experience with architecture focus

* Experience with procurement, sourcing, or Source-to-Pay workflows

* Strong knowledge of workflow automation, integrations (REST/SOAP), and data modeling

* Proven experience leading enterprise Service Now implementations

Preferred:

* Experience integrating with ERP / procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

* Exposure to automation and AI-enabled workflow optimization

* Background in finance, procurement, or supply chain transformation

* Improved operational efficiency and spend visibility

* Faster time-to-value for Source-to-Pay implementations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
