We're hiring a Founding Mobile Engineer to lead mobile development and bring our candidate and employer experience to life on mobile. You’ll work closely with the founding team and own everything from app architecture to rollout.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of the Pipeline mobile app (React Native)
• Build fast, intuitive experiences for job seekers and hiring managers
• Integrate with our predictive matching engine
• Shape product direction, interface design, and architecture
• Optimize for usability, accessibility, and speed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years mobile dev experience (React Native or similar)
• Startup-ready mindset: ownership, speed, and collaboration
• Strong eye for UX/UI and clean, scalable code
• Bonus: experience in hiring platforms or healthcare tech
