UX Designer

Summary

Leads the design of sophisticated, high-impact digital banking experiences, translating complex business requirements into usable, engaging software interfaces. Conducts comprehensive user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to optimize product functionality. Creates detailed UX deliverables, including personas, concept maps, process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that communicate product architecture effectively across teams. Influences the evolution of UI patterns, collaborates with content writers to maintain UX integrity, and presents concepts to stakeholders.

Plays a pivotal role in setting design standards and mentoring junior designers while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

• Transform ideas into high-value, user-centered software experiences.
• Conduct formal and informal user research and testing; produce professional research reports.
• Create comprehensive UX deliverables: personas, site maps, concept maps, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
• Apply and influence UI pattern creation to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with content writers, product managers, developers, and QA to deliver optimized solutions.
• Present design concepts and research findings to small project teams.
• Participate in Development and QA to ensure design fidelity.
• Set and meet quarterly project goals and deadlines; mentor and guide junior designers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Information Architecture, or related field; 8+ years of UX design experience.
• Expertise in Figma, Axure, and advanced prototyping and wire framing techniques.
• Deep understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and multi-device design.
• Ability to inspect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design validation.
• High attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to collaborate across teams.
• Visual design and content management experience preferred.
• Agile software development lifecycle knowledge preferred.
• Advanced user research and accessibility expertise preferred.
• Front-end development familiarity (HTML & CSS) preferred.
• Working knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) applied across product, design, and engineering.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
