Power BI Developer - Dashboard Maintenance & Enhancements

The Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) are the engine for reinvention in our clients’ transformation journey, leveraging innovation, intelligence and industry insights.

Maintain and enhance a suite of Power BI dashboards used by clients to monitor contractor performance and support compliance oversight. The dashboard environment consists of approximately 180 report views built on Azure SQL views and DAX measures.

• Investigate and resolve production incidents affecting Power BI dashboards across the data stack.
• Implement minor enhancements to existing dashboards (visuals, filters, slicers, measures).
• Write and maintain Azure SQL views for the data layer, ensuring performance and accuracy.
• Author and refactor DAX measures and calculated columns to support new or revised reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into dashboard and data model changes.
• Perform unit and integration testing prior to deployment to validate data, calculations, and visuals.
• Document data model changes, SQL logic and DAX measures to support maintainability.

• At least one year of experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, including writing DAX.
• At least one year of experience writing complex SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience) or Associate Degree with minimum 6 years’ work experience.

• Familiarity with Medicaid data structure and business context.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methods.

Hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite in Nashville, TN;
Atlanta, GA;
Columbus, OH;
Dallas, TX or Austin, TX.
