Position
Senior Oracle Database Administrator.
LocationAustin, Texas – Remote, with possibility of hybrid. Candidates must reside within Texas if hybrid.
Employment TermsW2. Working hours may include mandatory off‑business hours, depending on project activities. Remote. Hybrid schedule negotiable.
Responsibilities- Ensure stability, patching, and scalability of critical database environments that support multiple concurrent ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Design and execute database upgrades from Oracle 19c to Oracle 23ai.
- Maintain multiple environments that support ETL activities.
- Set up and maintain Grid Infrastructure.
- Maintain security vulnerability compliance.
- Performance tune database environments.
- Experience with Oracle 19c or higher version.
- Experience with Grid Infrastructure (ASM, Clusterware).
- Experience with high‑availability solutions such as Golden Gate and Active Data Guard.
- Advanced scripting skills using Linux and SQL.
