As an Implementation Specialist, IT you will partner with our largest customers (US and Global) and work with their IT departments to understand their requirements and guide them to adopt our Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management Solutions. You will manage an evolving book of business and be the internal go‑to for all things related to Rippling’s IT solution.

• Become an expert on Rippling’s IT offering – become a go‑to resource for clients within 30 days and an IT subject matter expert for colleagues within 60 days.
• Be a trusted implementation partner to clients: understand their current technology requirements, guide the customer through installation and adoption of Rippling’s IT solutions, train them on Rippling IT products, and work closely with Implementation and the Customer Experience organization to ensure success.
• Partner with Solutions Consulting, Implementation, and Product teams to evolve our process and product.
• Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices.

• Passion and curiosity for all things related to IT.
• 4+ years of experience managing an IT setup or implementing IT products or selling IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of Fleet Management, UEM, RMM, MDM, device and identity provisioning, Zero Touch, and Endpoint Lifecycle Management. Familiarity with Google, Azure, and Okta.
• Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent time management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to manage client relationships.
• Self‑starter with a bias toward action, energized by a fast‑paced environment and excited to build.

Competitive salary, benefits, and equity. U.S. Tier 2: $58,320–$92,000 USD per year. U.S. Tier 3: $55,080–$87,000 USD per year. Final offer amounts may vary based on professional background, experience, and location.
