The Field/Support Engineer delivers onsite support and project execution at client locations. This role handles deployments, troubleshooting, and onsite cutovers while maintaining strong documentation and coordination with remote teams.

• Provide onsite troubleshooting and support; resolve issues or elevate appropriately.
• Execute deployments (endpoints, peripherals, network gear, conference rooms).
• Support onsite project tasks (migrations, cutovers, installs) with project coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation, asset updates, and handoff notes after visits.
• Communicate professionally with client stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Follow safety/access procedures and maintain readiness for field work (tools/vehicle).

• 2–5 years field support experience (MSP preferred).
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to work independently.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and comfort with onsite deployments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally/regionally.
