- Develop and maintain platform‑level automation using Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and Power Automate for automated response to platform events.
- Manage and secure Exchange Online, including mail flow rules, anti‑phishing policies, transport configurations, and mailbox provisioning.
- Lead and support Exchange migrations (on‑premises to Exchange Online and tenant‑to‑tenant), including planning, execution, coexistence management, and post‑migration stabilization, applying playbooks consistently to support Vista’s ongoing M&A activity.
- Build and govern SharePoint Online sites in alignment with Vista’s information architecture standards, including site design, taxonomy, metadata, and permission models.

- Create self‑service capabilities and automated workflows to reduce manual administrative overhead.
- Collaborate with security team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including ITGC controls applicable to M365 services.
- Document platform configurations, automation scripts, and operational procedures.
- Participate in on‑call rotation for platform‑related incidents.
- Collaborate with and mentor the service desk team to reduce manual M365 operational tasks.
