Our client, a technology support services organization
, is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting internal employees and technical operations teams
. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Support Technician
Location: 7171 Southwest Parkway, Austin, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: 12-month contract

• Provide first-level technical support via tickets and in-person support desk
• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and devices
• Assist with device setup, provisioning, and replacements
• Maintain IT asset inventory and stockroom operations
• Support IT projects and ensure timely resolution of requests

• 2–4 years of IT support experience
• Familiarity with Windows troubleshooting and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to assist non-technical users
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, LAN, WAN) is a plus

• Hands-on experience in a dynamic IT support environment
