IT Support Technician
Austin – TX (100% Onsite)
Job DescriptionAs an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving desktop and laptop hardware and software issues both remotely and in person. You will also handle mobile device management and coordinate with customers to find optimal solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and resolving desktop/laptop hardware and software issues through phone, chat, web tickets or in-person assistance.
- Managing mobile device environments.
- Determining the best solution based on customer issues and details.
- Guiding customers through the problem‑solving process.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Providing accurate information on IT products or services.
- Desktop Support (Windows/Mac OS): 1‑3 years experience, Expert level
- Mobile Device Management: 1‑3 years experience, Basic knowledge
- Ticketing Tools: 1‑3 years experience, Medium level
- ITIL:
Good to have experience
