Datacenter Technician

Our clientis seeking a Datacenter Technician to join their team. As a Datacenter Technician, you will be part of the technical support department supporting data center operations and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Datacenter Technician

Location: Austin, TX

• Deploy and maintain NPI server products, ensuring smooth integration and operation
• Provide engineering expertise to cross-disciplinary teams across multiple locations
• Engage with internal stakeholders during product planning, development, and validation phases
• Track and report project status throughout the lifecycle to ensure objectives are met
• Assist with troubleshooting and debugging server hardware infrastructure

• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in data center system deployment, software deployment, and validation
• Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
