We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 to provide senior‑level functional and technical support for an enterprise People Soft CAPPS Financials environment, with primary responsibility for the Travel & Expense (T&E) module. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in People Soft FSCM 9.2, system configuration, production support, functional analysis, testing, reporting, security, and enterprise financial systems. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and managed service vendors to ensure the stability, security, and continuous improvement of the CAPPS Financials platform.

• Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the CAPPS Travel & Expense (T&E) module.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and resolve system defects.
• Configure and maintain People Soft Financials modules, including Travel & Expense.
• Lead business process improvements and support system enhancements.
• Coordinate application releases, patches, and change management activities.
• Support module integrations across Financials applications.
• Develop reports and provide analytical support for business users.
• Deliver end‑user training and ongoing functional support.

• Monitor CAPPS batch jobs and scheduled processes.
• Track job execution and resolve processing failures.
• Validate batch outputs and maintain processing documentation.
• Coordinate job scheduling, dependencies, and performance optimization.
