Overview
In cybersecurity incident management at PwC, you will focus on effectively responding to, and mitigating, cyber threats, maintaining the security of client systems and data. You will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and resolving security incidents to minimise potential damage and protect against future attacks. You will also coach and develop team members, manage performance, and lead with integrity and authenticity while embracing technology and innovation.
Responsibilities- Lead and execute stealthy penetration testing.
- Perform advanced security team engagements.
- Conduct adversary simulation activities.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Manage client service accounts and engagement work streams.
- Solve complex problems to deliver exceptional results.
- Assure project success and maintain exceptional standards.
- Develop and implement testing strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Forensic Science, or Management Information Systems.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or penetration testing.
- GIAC certifications such as GCFA, GCFE, GREM, GNFA, GCCC, or GCIA.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience applying incident handling processes.
- Ability to analyze attack techniques.
- Proficiency in utilizing tools to determine malware, using memory dumps, and analyzing artifacts.
- Experience acquiring infected machines and detecting artifacts.
- Skill in analyzing security architecture for deficiencies.
- Recognition of common assembly-level patterns.
- Capability to derive Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
Up to 40% travel.
CompensationSalary range: $99,000 – $232,000. Bonuses and benefits are awarded at the discretion of PwC.
