Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a security-focused team in documenting and maintaining infrastructure related to data security. This role is primarily focused on maintaining and updating existing documentation (approximately 90% complete) while ensuring alignment with security frameworks and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update documentation for security infrastructure supporting data security initiatives
- Track changes, updates, and improvements to existing documentation
- Partner with internal teams to ensure documentation reflects current processes and systems
- Support documentation efforts aligned with ITIL, SIST, and NIST frameworks
- Assist in ensuring documentation accuracy, organization, and accessibility
- Provide ongoing maintenance for existing documentation systems

Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), preferably supporting a security team
- Familiarity with ITIL, SIST, and NIST frameworks
- Experience documenting infrastructure and data security processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and maintain documentation
