Enterprise Architect - Adobe Platform

• Strategically design and architect blueprints for projects involving one or more products within a single marketing cloud (Adobe), maximizing marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Design data integrations between marketing technologies, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide strategic recommendations on their impact to existing systems.
• Design solutions that enable cross-technology data analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure technical solutions are properly utilized together, leveraging unique capabilities of each platform and aligning configurations with client strategy.
• Manage data and system governance and integrations for the marketing cloud, ensuring future-proofing of products and operations.
• Propose ideas to optimize existing integrated marketing solutions, including new features and modules.
• Ensure solutions adhere to data security standards, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and company policies.
• Address complex challenges involving multiple products with a focus on scalability and performance, maintaining a client-minded approach.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within the marketing technology ecosystem, acting as an escalation point for complex problems.
• Collaborate with client departments to understand goals and translate requirements into multi-product technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and stay current with Mar Tech trends to drive ongoing innovation.
• Elaborate architecture solutions and diagrams for complex client use cases.
• Build impact assessments to evaluate feasibility and measure improvements.
• Design and operationalize batch, real-time, and streaming data integrations.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in a Solutions Architect or Lead Technical Consultant role, with extensive experience in Adobe Campaign.
• Ability to design and maximize use of Adobe Campaign, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, and AEP (data management).
• Knowledge to discuss and support AEM, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
• Proven experience in strategic technical planning, including vendor investigation, evaluation, and recommendations.
• Deep expertise in designing and integrating multiple marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other CRM, analytics, or advertising platforms).
• Extensive knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Expertise in workflow engines, advanced database design and data governance best practices.
• Ability to lead client-facing engagements, manage complex timelines, and deliver solutions within budget and scope.
• Strong understanding of data security standards and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their application in marketing tech solutions.
• Track record of identifying opportunities for system enhancements and driving innovation by staying current with Mar Tech trends.
