Manager, Learning and Development

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of interactive content, training videos, and gamification modules.
• Manage daily system maintenance, troubleshoot directly with users, and implement the technical roadmap for LMS phase development.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for sites, providing training and communicating available metrics.
• Coordinate with the Quality team and Document Control to manage updates and edits.
• Conduct audits of training records and system data to ensure compliance with regional standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify training gaps and create additional content as needed.

• Minimum B.S. in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Education, or Quality Systems.
• Advanced knowledge of LMS architecture, video creation and editing, and Google Workspace tools.
• Previous experience using Gemini or Notebook LM to assist in rapid content development.
• Excellent communicator who understands how to explain difficult concepts in an understandable way.
• Ability to orchestrate multiple content projects simultaneously and prioritize based on rapid site growth.
• Understanding of document control, high‑tech environments, and rapid deployment of content.
• Preferred:
  Instructional Design certification.
