Functional Testing UAT PM​/Lead

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of professional experience in manual software testing or quality assurance
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing test cases for e-commerce, contact center, or transactional web-based systems
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and where UAT fits within it
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing types
• Ability to write clear, structured, and thorough test cases from business requirements, user stories, or process documentation
• Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar)
• Experience with test case management platforms for organizing and executing test scripts at scale
• Quality-focused, deeply analytical, and strong problem-solving skills — comfortable navigating ambiguity

• Working knowledge of web application behavior (front-end UX/UI interactions, forms, search, filters, exports)
• Understanding of transactional back-end processes (order management, customer account workflows, or commerce flows)
• Ability to validate data accuracy and system output against defined business rules and expected outcomes
• Familiarity with test environments, including basic troubleshooting of environment-related test blockers
• Proficiency in documenting and communicating findings clearly in written form

• Experience operating as a tester within a cross-functional UAT program or large-scale technology project
• Demonstrated ability to execute at volume — managing multiple test cases and cycles simultaneously under program timelines
• Track record of contributing to quality outcomes with minimal supervision
• BA/BS degree in a technical or business field, or 10+ years of relevant professional testing experience

• Experience testing contact center technologies, especially telecommunications and eServices (chat / task / email) solutions
• Background in e-commerce or retail platform testing, including order lifecycle, customer identity, or product catalog systems
• Experience with SAP-based commerce workflows (S4 preferred) or similar ERP-integrated transactional systems
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint-based testing cycles
• Exposure to basic test automation concepts — understanding when manual vs. automated testing is appropriate
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent quality assurance credential
• PMP or Project Management certification is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust with partner teams and serve as a reliable testing collaborator
• Exhibits a genuine passion for quality, continuous process improvement, and innovation in testing practices

• Communicates with clarity — both written and verbally, with the ability to translate technical findings into business-readable defect reports and status updates
• Detail-oriented — brings rigor and consistency to test execution, never cutting corners on documentation or traceability

Salary range
: $80,000-$130,000 a Year.
