Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage Kubernetes (AKS) infrastructure using Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Build and maintain Git Ops-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement observability solutions using Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Define and manage SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
• Lead production support, P0/P1 incident response, RCA, and on-call operations.
• Administer Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Couchbase, Redis, and Cockroach DB environments.
• Manage Oracle Golden Gate replication, failover, disaster recovery, and database tuning.
• Troubleshoot Java applications, REST APIs, gRPC services, and cloud-native messaging/caching systems.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Shell and Python.
• Collaborate with Security, Network, and Application teams.
