Stand up and run the fleet operations center that watches every site 24/7: alarms, tickets, escalations, and communications.

Own the incident management process end to end, from first alert to postmortem, across facility and compute events.

Write the runbooks, escalation trees, and severity definitions the whole fleet operates on.

Drive incident metrics (time to acknowledge, time to resolve, repeat rate) down with process and tooling, not headcount.

• Experience running a NOC, GOC, or mission‑control function with measurable performance ownership.
• Proven track record of writing incident processes that are continued in use after you leave.
• Ability to stay structured and effective when multiple incidents occur simultaneously.
• Strong post‑mortem writing skills that drive organization‑wide change rather than just documentation.
• Bonus:
  Data center or utility operations center experience. Familiarity with Pager Duty or Service Now‑class tooling. Experience with SRE‑style incident frameworks.
