This is a full-time position based in Austin, TX
Your tasks and responsibilities:- Dive deep into complex datasets, covering the behavior of millions of users and apps worldwide, to extract actionable learnings that inform high‑level strategy and stakeholder understanding
- Partner with business and technical teams to drive rigorous analysis and testing, identifying key opportunities to maximize the performance and effectiveness of Smadex campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to channel market insights and performance data into our roadmap, directly influencing Product and ML strategies to enhance our platform's capabilities.
- +3 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Data Scientist
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a Quantitative Field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Sciences)
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to formulate questions, run analysis to articulate a recommendation
- Proven working knowledge of Python, SQL and large data sets, understanding of analytic methodologies for data evaluation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analysis and conclusions
- Strong knowledge and experience of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
- Knowledge of the ad‑tech industry is a plus
