Step into your future as a Server Admin! You will install, maintain, and support servers, ensuring reliability and security in a large enterprise environment.

• Troubleshoot server issues and manage physical and virtualized servers.
• Monitor tens of thousands of compute and networking assets.
• Use scripting technologies to automate tasks efficiently.
• Administer system management tools, including patching and antivirus products.
• Manage user and computer access to Active Directory using authentication technologies.
• Follow operational policies and procedures for enterprise environments.
• Document design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks.
• Participate in a 24x7 on‑call support rotation and off‑hours maintenance.

• 3+ years’ experience in server administration and troubleshooting.
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of server hardware, Microsoft Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, basic networking, and service monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Site
  24x7, or Datadog.
• Experience with patching solutions such as Tanium or Big Fix, Microsoft Azure, Nutanix, backup and recovery, Citrix, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team, identify and seek needed information, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
