Pay or shift range: $110,000 USD to $120,000 USD.
OverviewAs a One Inc Project Manager in our Delivery organization, you will be client‑facing and the driving force behind project success, from initiation to completion of client implementations. You will translate objectives into actionable plans, coordinate internal teams, and collaborate closely with customers to ensure project outcomes align with expectations. You are ultimately responsible for customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong trusting relationships with prospects, customers, and implementation partners
- Assist with implementation proposal, creation, and delivery
- Travel to the customer site or sales prospects as needed
- Mentor the customer and our partners in One Inc implementation methodologies
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Oversee the execution of all project implementation aspects (scope, schedule, costs) using appropriate verification techniques
- Set realistic expectations to ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and budget
- Measure project performance and status using appropriate tools and techniques
- Effectively report and escalating issues to management
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the United States.
- Extensive project management experience implementing Insur Tech SaaS solutions, primarily in the Property & Casualty (P&C) space
- Strong business acumen in the insurance space
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills, including ability to build relationships and interact with C‑level individuals
- Skilled at identifying project interdependencies and complexities, mobilizing resources to maximize productivity, manage risk and minimize variance during execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and meetings that include a diverse group of individuals
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills
- Proven ability to maintain a humble persona while always being truthful and positive
- Insurance Industry experience
- Background in Insurance Software
- Experience with a top tier consulting company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent (preferred)
- At least five years’ experience leading high‑performance teams and/or implementation projects for Enterprise Packaged Software
