• Drive end-to-end Net Suite implementation projects, leading requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver tailored business solutions that advance operational and financial goals.
• Define, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Net Suite modules and customizations, ensuring alignment with ERP best practices.
• Design and implement system integrations, customizations, and workflow automations to streamline and scale business operations.
• Enable client end users and internal team members through training, knowledge transfer, and hands‑on support with Net Suite functionality.
• Stay ahead of new features, product updates, and industry best practices to recommend proactive system enhancements.
• Contribute to internal practice growth by building solution accelerators, reusable assets, and providing pre‑sales support when needed.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders, delivering timely updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Net Suite experience, including leading and supporting implementations.
• Proficiency with Net Suite BI tools, including Dashboard creation and publishing, Saved Searches, and Reports, Financial Reports, and Suite Analytics.
• Experience with Net Suite features and related add‑ons such as ARM, Multi‑Book, WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, RF‑SMART, Net Gain, and others.
• Net Suite certifications, such as Suite Foundation, Net Suite Administrator or Net Suite ERP Consultant certifications.
• Strong functional understanding of financial processes and operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with up to 50% in‑office or client‑site presence.

• Experience with business process design, change management, and data migration.
• Background in professional services or consulting environments.
• Exposure to industry‑specific Net Suite modules or third‑party integrations.
