Position SummaryWe are currently seeking an experienced Coupa System Administrator to support one of our global automotive manufacturing clients. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong Coupa administration expertise and a passion for delivering reliable Source-to-Pay solutions.
As a Coupa System Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and operational stability of the Coupa platform. You will play a critical role in ensuring system availability, resolving technical issues, supporting business users, and assisting with system enhancements and releases. Working closely with global procurement, finance, IT, and business teams, you will help maintain a high-performing Source-to-Pay environment while driving continuous improvements in system support and user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and support the Coupa platform, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.
- Monitor, prioritize, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to procurement, invoicing, supplier management, and Source-to-Pay processes.
- Provide responsive and professional support to business users across multiple regions.
- Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and system configuration.
- Support system changes, testing activities (UAT), and production releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform performance and user satisfaction.
– Required Qualifications
- Experience administering the Coupa platform in an enterprise environment.
- Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, invoicing, and supplier management processes.
- Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations.
- Exposure to system releases, testing, and change management.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP or other enterprise ERP platforms) is a plus.
- Experience working in manufacturing or automotive environments is an advantage.
- Proactive approach to solving complex business and technical issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
