Business Analyst

Job Title

Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to discover business needs.

• Documenting specifications:
Translate abstract ideas into structured Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).

• Process Mapping:
Create use cases to visually map current vs future state.

• Scope Management:
Negotiate requirement trade-offs and manage expectations regarding project timelines and costs.

• Participate in testing phase: create test cases, and ensure the final product meets original requirement.

• Stakeholder communication:
Serve as the central point of contact between users, technical teams, and stakeholders.

This role is needed till the end of the project to ensure the solution is implemented to the stakeholder's satisfaction.

Terms of Service

Services are expected to start 09/02/2026 and are expected to complete by 03/31/2027. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 1144 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
