Experience Required:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• 5+ years serving as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Experience working with legacy system modernization projects
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
• UAT planning and execution experience

Preferred:

• Data Analysis experience
• PMP certification or Project Management experience

• Government/Public Sector experience

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will analyze legacy systems, identify process improvements, gather and document business requirements, create process maps, support solution design, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills to ensure successful project delivery through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing legacy systems and identify business process improvements.
• Gather business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
• Create current-state and future-state process maps and use cases.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for implementation teams.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, architects, and project teams.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation and execution.
• Manage scope, requirement changes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Perform business process analysis and recommend technology solutions.
• Support solution implementation through project completion.

• Experience supporting application modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong process mapping and workflow documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with UAT planning and execution.
• Government, healthcare, or large enterprise project experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
