We are looking for a PC Technician to support a contract assignment in Austin, Texas. This Contract position focuses on relocating and re-establishing workstation equipment, confirming that each setup is fully operational, and maintaining an organized work area throughout the project. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling computer hardware, peripherals, and cabling.

Responsibilities:

• Move new workstation setups with care and attention to equipment safety.
• Reassemble and reconnect monitors, docking stations or desktops, and related peripherals at their new locations.
• Test each workstation after installation to confirm monitors, input devices, webcams, headsets, and connected hardware are functioning correctly.
• Organize and route cables neatly to create safe, tidy, and well-organized work spaces.
• Remove packaging materials, empty boxes, and other debris to keep the work area clean during and after setup activities.
• Handle hardware components such as HP monitors, docking equipment, keyboards, mice, webcams, and headsets in accordance with onsite requirements.
• Identify and report any damaged, missing, or nonfunctional equipment encountered during relocation and setup.
