Business Analyst Level 2

The following describes the work that will be done by Business Analyst Level 2:

Support current client projects and priorities in the facilitation of gathering themes/epics/user stories/acceptance criteria and analysis of existing requirements documentation. Directly support project and development teams on various initiatives to improve agency effectiveness, compliance with applicable statutes, and enhance service delivery capabilities. Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions on gathering story points to use for a predictive level of effort model.

Terms of service: services are expected to start 09/01/2026 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2027. Total estimated hours per candidate shall not exceed 2080 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
