This Business Analyst role supports current technology projects and priorities through the facilitation and gathering of Agile artifacts, including themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The analyst will work directly with project and development teams on various initiatives to improve operational effectiveness, ensure statutory compliance, and enhance service delivery capabilities. A key focus of the role involves converting legacy requirements into actionable Agile formats and facilitating story‑pointing sessions for predictive effort modeling.

• Create and document themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria according to established standards.
• Convert existing use cases into actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria within Jira.
• Analyze existing requirements documentation to support ongoing technical initiatives.

• Analyze current process documentation to identify opportunities for enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Document workflow improvements and support the implementation of new technology initiatives.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with applicable regulatory compliance and service delivery goals.

• Support project, development, and quality assurance teams in executing various technical initiatives.
• Facilitate cross‑functional discussions to bridge business needs with technical execution.
• Lead story‑pointing exercises and requirements gatherings to develop predictive level‑of‑effort (LOE) models.

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technical or emerging technology environments.
• 4+ years of practical, hands‑on experience with Agile project management methodologies and practices.
• Proven experience gathering requirements and translating them into standard Agile artifacts.

• 1+ year of experience understanding, analyzing, and documenting complex use cases.
• 1+ year of experience with business process mapping and process documentation.
• Hands‑on experience utilizing Jira for backlog management and requirement tracking.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and requirements lifecycle.
• Excellent facilitation skills for running technical discussions and story‑pointing sessions.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Clear and professional communication skills to collaborate effectively across project, development, and QA teams.
