Striveworks Site Reliability Engineer Opportunity
Striveworks is a leader in Machine Learning Operations for highly regulated industries such as the Department of Defense/U.S. Military. They enable their customers to extract actionable insight from their data at the point of collection and indefinitely in the future with the help of AI/Machine Learning. The product they offer allows their clients to monitor, manage, integrate, visualize, export, and analyze their data to inform decisions and streamline business.
They are looking to double the team that they have currently of about 60 employees over the next year. They are a startup, and this is a very unique opportunity to join the team in their fastest growing stages.

As a Site Reliability Engineer on the Striveworks Technical Engagements team you'll be challenged - and trusted - on day one to bring the company's proprietary data platform to critical sites and customers. You will be a key Striveworks representative and solutions provider to sites and customers where their proprietary data platform is integrated.
You will use your expertise to deploy the Striveworks platform to cloud-based, on-prem, and hybrid software environments, and to resolve any associated hardware, infrastructure, networking, and access control challenges that arise. Your ideas are welcome and invited on day one!
This role both allows and requires flexibility in work location. You will be tasked with on-site travel to customer locations. When not on-site, you can be based in a remote location of your choice, or at the company's Austin TX headquarters.
RequirementsAble and willing to travel domestically and internationally 50%, with the opportunity to travel more (International: Japan, Germany) (Domestic: NC, TN, FL, HI, D.C.)
4+ years total experience in any IT career field
2+ years relevant experience in the following:
Python, Bash, or another language such as Scala, Java, C++
Experience deploying a web-based application to a DoD/IC air-gapped network
Deploying infrastructure in a cloud such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Open Stack
Kubernetes/Docker experience
Top Secret Security Clearance
Nice To HavesSupporting enterprise information in a DoD environment
Dev Sec Ops /CI/CD Pipelines
Administration/development of GPU-enabled servers

Fly you down to Austin for last step of technical interviews and to speak with the CEO founders (half day)
