Roles and Responsibilities:

• Package applications as per the requirements. Deliver to according to agreed SLA and turn-around times. Package applications as per the required quality standards and processes. Interaction / Engagement with customer entities / requestors proactively to understand requirements, business impacts & provide solutions. Interact with Release Management teams to resolve application packaging incidents arising during OAT & UAT. All business communication to be responded / replied within agreed timelines.
  
  Raise issues, provide advise / solution to customer entities in timely manner, ensure no surprises. Understanding of Windows OS (files, registry, services, etc) Specialist Level Skills in Flexera Admin Studio, MSI Packaging, Intune packaging & Windows Application Virtualization Offerings like Microsoft App-I. Good knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security and general operating system architecture.
  
  Troubleshooting and resolving complex and escalated Application issues using tools such as Process Monitor, Process Explorer, Dependency Walker and Install rite. Experience in scripting in Power Shell WMI & VBScript Creation and review / QA of technical documentation. Broad knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent Communication Skills (Oral and E-Mail)
• Lead the Microsoft Intune cloud architecture design to meet customers technical, security, and business needs
• Management of MDM platform (Microsoft Intune)
• Provide administration and technical support for mobile devices and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Supporting other IT professionals with expertise
• Consults runs proof of concepts, and advises the best use of Intune services to solve current challenges
• Develop and maintain software solutions/scripts to support automation of Intune configuration and administration to develop desired state configuration for the Agency’s Azure Cloud Platform.
• Provide assistance in migration and implementation of Intune and defined services.
• Define and implement RBAC within inTune.
• Configure and deploy Auto-Pilot within InTune.
• Worked and shared the Value Addition to customers on a timely basis.
• Shared inputs optimize the performance of the infrastructure environment
• Worked on different tools and touch with the latest trends in technology.
• Worked on Automation with legacy or automation tools using RPA, like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.
