As a Senior Dev Sec Ops  Engineer, you will work on enterprise‑wide CI/CD/CT, IaC, security implementations, software deployment projects, Dev Ops strategy, and process improvements. • Serve as a senior technical leader helping define the technical strategy for Dev Ops across the enterprise.
• Develop technical processes that increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve performance at scale across all development teams.
• Automate build and deployment of custom application code throughout the application lifecycle.
• Build monitoring solutions that improve visibility into application performance and keep operational workload in check.
• Create deployable and scalable infrastructure and educate others on infrastructure‑as‑code patterns.
• Develop container orchestration to support deployment and lifecycle management of applications running in AWS.
• Work directly with development teams as a Dev Sec Ops  SME to troubleshoot toolchain issues.
• Architect and implement robust IaC solutions using Terraform and Terraform Cloud (HCP).
• Design and optimize secure, scalable CI/CD/CT pipelines leveraging Azure Dev Ops or other future technologies.
• Drive security automation utilizing SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning via Security Department tool chains.
• Mentor, guide, and train junior Dev Sec Ops  team members and internal development customer teams in best practices.
• Implement the entire TXM Dev Sec Ops  toolchain, supporting strategic and operational activities across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with IT operations and security teams to integrate security into all phases of software delivery.
• Help design and build a next‑generation Integrated Development Platform, leveraging GenAI and ML technologies.
• Apply transformative CI/CD/CT automation, shift‑left integrations, and advanced maturity models to achieve enterprise‑grade results.
• Lead large‑scale on‑premises transitions to AWS‑ECS implementations with IaC, container orchestration, and zero‑downtime strategies.
• Shape enterprise‑wide cloud adoption, drive transformative initiatives such as cloud governance, Fin Ops, IAAS, and align technical execution with business outcomes.
• Translate complex initiatives into sprint‑driven deliverables, align cross‑functional teams, and embed security practices into iterative workflows.
• Design data‑driven solutions to optimize development workflows.
• Understand security frameworks (NIST, CIS) and shift implementation left using tooling automation and policy as code.
• Develop Dev Sec Ops  tooling and process enhancements that can be integrated into an internal development platform.
• Integrate Dev Sec Ops  and Platform Engineering initiatives into company goals to deliver real business value.

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field, or equivalent training and experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Dev Ops and Cloud Engineering/Operations.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on AWS experience.
• SAA, Sys Ops, SAPro, and Dev Ops Pro certifications preferred.
